IT Assessment

We work with you and your team to gather requirements and goals so we can create a plan to deliver your solution in a timely and cost-effective manner.
STEP 1: Discovery and Planning

Gather the organizational goals and requirements, noting any compliance requirements.  Collect the current environment and any challenges currently being faced.  Create a plan based on priorities and budget.

STEP 2: Design and Development

We will work with you and your team to identify solutions are fit for purpose and deliver the business objectives on budget.

STEP 3:Testing and Quality Assurance

Deploy staging and sandboxed environments to ensure the design goals meet the requirements.  Operational and User testing are conducted as well as creation of test automation to ensure any ongoing development meets the objectives with no adverse effects.

STEP 4: Deployment and Maintenance

Deliver the final solution.  Create monitoring and automation to ensure continual operation is met.  Train users and support staff and create an operational feedback loop to ensure continual service improvement.

STEP 5: Support & Continual Service Improvement

After deployment, we handover to support and provide documentation for engineers. A feedback loop is part of the process for any future feature development, bug fixes, etc. so a continual service improvement process is followed.
